New blog post: Review & Swatch: OCC Lip Tar in 'Anime'

Hello everyone. This is my second lip tar now....I am not sure why as I absolutely love them and want them all! To see my initial review of the wonderful red 'harlot' lip tar click *here*

I bought my lip tar in anime for £8.99 from Cute Cosmetics which is a relatively new beauty website specialising in cruelty free products. Postage is free and my items arrived really quickly. I also bought a wonderful Hurraw! coconut lip balm which is amazing and only £3.49......I can't wait to get more of these balms too! :)

On to the lip tar! If you have never tried a lip tar you are really missing out. Now some people think they are a gloss but they are more of a highly pigmented semi matte lip stain. I applied it to my lips with a standard synthetic lip brush (an ecotools one) A little product goes a very long way and they are all mixable with each other so you can customise a wonderful lip colour for yourself. They wear really wear on the lips and I have not had any problems with colour bleeding. In short they are amazing!

Here is 'anime' on:

Inkwear temporary tattoos : birdcage and sugar skull

Hello! It has been a while since I have had a play around with some temporary tattoo's. I last blogged about Inkwear over two years ago! To see my original post and review click **here** I go into more detail there on how you apply them etc.

I am *still* pondering getting a real tattoo so these are great to try out different placements and styles.

I purchased two sugar skulls and Inkwear were kind enough to send me some freebies to try out.

This one is the birdcage silhouette and costs £1.99

Here it is on:

Hi thunder thigh :P

As you can see it is quite subtle despite its size. I really love this one! And think the daintyness of it goes really well with my Topshop bunny skirt :)

And now for something not so subtle! The medium sugar skull which costs £1.99.

Its so vibrant and eye catching. I think I should have tried this one out on my upper thigh also as sadly I don't think I could ever pull off such a bold visible tattoo!

I do love how it looks......just not on me!

Unfortunately I was in a rush to put my stockings on so I smudged the top black outline slightly:

Once you apply them I would advise waiting a good 15 minutes before getting dressed etc as they need to be completely dry to avoid smudging.

In case you have never looked at the site Inkwear have hundreds of designs so you will definitely find something you like :)

And best of all you can send them your design/picture etc and they will make it into a custom tattoo for you! It can be absolutely anything you like. I think if I ever actually decide on a tattoo image I will utilise this option just as a precautionary measure before I go under the needle!

What do you think? Would you wear these designs or any temporary tattoo?
