What did you get for Christmas? Do you sleep on silk?

Hello :) So Christmas has been and gone for another year (thank gawd!)

I thought id share with you my modest pile of presents :)

I did get some money too which I spent on bunny supplies!

I got:

Vivienne Westwood pastel skull necklace
Me and Zena gold 'bright eyes' rabbit ring
Silk pillowcase & silk detergent

A silk pillowcase is something I had wanted for ages :) Sleeping on a silk pillowcase apparently helps the condition of your hair and skin......my hair and skin have been appalling lately so lets hope it helps! If you want more information on why its supposed to help your skin and hair click ***here*** and ***here*** I will let you know if I notice any difference.

Merry Christmas.......to each and every one! :P

Merry Christmas!

This Christmas I will be on my sick bed as I am coming down with the flu and cant stop coughing! I will only be leaving the house to go to Christmas dinner in a lovely restaurant :)

I have not been well in general lately hence my lack of posts but im hoping that things will get better soon and 2011 will be a year of lots of posts!

Yesterday I added to my bunny family! I adopted a lovely big lop eared 1 year old rabbit who was not treated so well by her last family. She naturally has some issues but we can work on them :) I am happy to give her a forever home! It was love at first sight Red heart

They said she was a HE when I got her but im 90% sure she is all lady! Ill be taking her to the vets in a few weeks for confirmation and a check up :)

Here she is:

She is very shy but absolutely LOVES attention :)

I will have to work out what to call her!

Hope you all have a lovely happy Christmas whatever you are doing :)

Review: Laura Mercier Creme Brulee Hand Cream

Hello :) Are you a fan of uber sickly sweet scented beauty products?

I am in love with all things sweet and have been lusting after Laura Mercier's bodycare line for years! Only problem is the insane high prices.

So to get a taste of Laura Mercier luxury I picked up the cheapest product in the line- The 'Creme Brulee' hand cream. For £12.50 its not the cheapest hand cream in the world but hey its worth a try and it smells heavenly :)

Here is what Space NK have to say about this product:

'An amazingly rich creme that nourishes the skin without leaving a greasy film. Grape and olive oils soften and moisturise, while soy proteins rich in amino acids help in the repair process. Fragrance is a deep rich caramel with nuances of sugar, vanilla and musk'

What I think:

From first application you can tell this is a high class product. Its non greasy, goes on like silk and absorbs quickly leaving the most gorgeous smell on my hands for hours. It leaves my hands super soft and lovely. A little goes a long way so I can see this lasting for ages thus making it worth the price tag. I love it!

I will alternate this with my Soap and Glory endless glove hand cream:

Do you have a favourite hand cream? Before I became obsessed with my nails I never used one and just used a drop of body lotion if they ever got really dry :P

Holographic Leopard Print nail art & Me and Zena 'Bright Eyes' Bunny ring :)

Hello  :) Sorry I have not been posting so much lately....I have not been feeling very well ***cough cough cough***

I should have some contact lens and product reviews very soon.

This weekend I fancied adding a little something extra to my usual leopard print nails so I decided I would sponge my nails before using my black Models Own nail art pen. I used random pinks and purples from Models Own and my trusty Gosh Holographic:

With flash to show the holographicness:

Then using my Models Own black nail art pen I drew my leopard bits adding a smidgen of Gosh Holographic to the centre of most bits :)

Oh and I have to show off my lovely new Me and Zena 'Bright Eyes' Rabbit ring. I got the silver one in a size small which is still a tad too large for my horribly skeletal fingers :P

Its so cute!

It has snowed so much this weekend.....this is the view from my window on Friday night :)
